Although the application is developed by Solution Out, it resides within the client organisation’s environment, adhering to the specific security and access protocols defined by the client. Consequently, any modifications to the security posture of the client’s Microsoft 365 or IT environment will also apply to the CUE Ecosystem. This arrangement grants the client more granular control over the security of their environment. The data entered by the client organisation into the CUE Ecosystem is stored within the client’s environment, ensuring better control over data security protocols. Neither the CUE Ecosystem nor CUE transfers data outside the client’s environment.
CUE Risk
CUE Risk is engineered to assist businesses in identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks that could affect their operations, finances, or reputation. The application seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, enhancing engagement with the organisation and its staff while ensuring data retention within the organisation’s own environment.
CUE Incidents & Changes
CUE Incident & Change Mgt. integrates with the CUE ecosystem, allowing for the capture, tracking and management of organisation wide incidents involving all ICT (Hardware & Software), Facilities (Health & Safety, Power Outage etc.), Operational (Errors etc), Regulatory Breaches as well as Data Breaches and Subject Access Requests under GDPR.
CUE Outsourcing
CUE Outsourcing integrates with the CUE Ecosystem, efficiently managing your organization's outsourced providers and third parties. This module aligns with Irish and UK regulations, supporting ongoing due diligence and reviews. It provides reminders for key tasks, integrates with ticketing systems for SLA management, and offers oversight of third-party dependencies.
CUE Compliance
CUE Compliance integrates with Risk, Outsourcing, and other modules to ensure effective operational resilience and controls. It is updated with the latest regulatory guidelines, including Part IV and DORA, and incorporates best practices like the Obligations Register. Users can create custom registers and questions while benefiting from the collective learning within the sector.
CUE Operational Resilience
CUE Operational Resilience helps Credit Unions maintain their firm's resilience. It assists your organization in managing deliverables, tracking critical services, tolerances, key deliverables, and documents, as well as monitoring operational resilience testing status and reporting on the firm's resilience stance. The module evolves with collective learning from the sector.
