CUE is an Ecosystem of evolving modules that interact with each other providing actionable insights to the organisation. The following are some of the modules in the pipeline for the next 6 to 12 months.

ISO Control Bank (2025)

CUE Risk Module will be integrated with ISO control Bank to enable organisations to manage and enhance their quality standards. Control banks for ISO 27001 will be implemented first followed by other relevant standards. This is expected not only enhance the ISO compliant organisations, but help aspiring organisations to work towards ISO compliance in their relevant areas.

Operational Resilience (2025)

CUE Operational Resilience module will incorporate a comprehensive overview and dashboard across your risk, Compliance, BCP tests, other assurance reports, third party reports, OSP registers, other CUE modules like Incidents, Changes etc. This is expected to a one stop shop for an evolving operational resilience framework.

How are future modules planned?

SolutionOut and the CUE product team takes active feedback from the user group of CUE Ecosystem. In addition, chnages in the regulatory and operational environment is considered to identify priorities. The priorities are agreed with the user group to identify and prioritise the upcoming modules.

How can we request new features?

The CUE Learning Centre which hosts training videos, release notes, news and updates about the product also includes a feedback form for new features. This form can be used to provide feedback for the pipeline of features. In addition, our product team act8ively engages with our users to gather feedback through periodic catch-ups.

How often do you release new features?

CUE has scheduled quarterly feature releases. However, there might be releases in between for patches, bug fixes or minor enhancements. All the releases are communicated in advance by email and updated on the CUE Learning Portal that the users have access to.

How is training provided for CUE?

Onboarding and Training

Onboarding and associated training are typically provided either in person or online. Training is tailored to different staff levels and roles, such as Risk Manager, Compliance Manager, Operational Resilience Manager, and Administrator. Each module includes role-based access controls, with specific training for each role to ensure effective usage.

CUE System Access

The CUE system is accessible to all staff, and comprehensive training is provided either directly by the product team or by trained superusers within the client organisation.

What are the security controls in CUE?

CUE system and the associated data resides in the client's environment and is subject to the security policies assigned by the client.

For each CUE module, there is a role based access control that is managed centrally by administrators.
