Each incident recorded within the module can be linked to an identified risk within the CUE risk register which allows clients to more efficiently identify, manage and control Operational risks. Consequently, any modifications to the security posture of the client’s Microsoft 365 or IT environment will also apply to the CUE Ecosystem. This arrangement grants the client more granular control over the security of their environment.

Who can access the Task, Incident, and Change Management module?

Access is role-based. Depending on the approach of the organisation CUE will allow the relevant staff including as IT Managers, Compliance Officers, and Operations Managers to use the module effectively, with appropriate training provided. We recommend that all staff be able to access the feature of raising incidents and changes, however, a limited number of higher level roles to manage through the incident and change life cycle. The visibility of the tickets can be customised in the module as well.

Absolutely! Training is provided either in person or online, and can be conducted by the product team or trained superusers within your organisation, ensuring all staff are proficient in using the module.
