CUE Compliance joins CUE Risk, Incidents and Outsourcing

In the latest iteration of the CUE ecosystem, a new module called CUE Compliance has been introduced. This module integrates seamlessly with the existing modules in CUE, providing integrated insights across multiple modules. The CUE Compliance module will be officially presented at the upcoming CUMA Spring conference, scheduled to take place on 26th March at the Mount Wolseley Hotel, Cavan, Ireland.

CUE is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution designed to help customers manage their Operational Resilience, Risk Management, Outsourcing, and Compliance functions. It achieves this through customized workflows that are integrated, tailored, and managed within the organization’s own Microsoft 365 environment. The CUE ecosystem, a suite of applications, facilitates the management of business workflows and data within an organization’s environment.

The CUE Ecosystem includes core modules such as CUE Risk and CUE Incidents & Change Management, and is complemented by additional modules like CUE Outsourcing, CUE Compliance, CUE Tasks, and CUE Reports. Developed using the Microsoft Power Platform technology stack, each module operates independently, allowing clients to choose the modules that best support their Operational Resilience and Regulatory compliance obligations. Each module is billed separately, enabling Credit Unions to manage costs according to the maturity of their Operational Resilience framework.

Developed by Solution Out, the CUE application resides within the client organization’s environment, adhering to specific security and access protocols defined by the client. This arrangement grants clients granular control over their security environment. Data entered into the CUE Ecosystem is stored within the client’s environment, ensuring robust data security protocols. Key applications supporting the CUE Ecosystem include Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Lists Application, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint, all of which facilitate easier access to functionality and data.
